What to Expect:

•  Build lasting professional relationships through facilitated discussions and group activities. The retreat creates a safe space for collaboration, referrals, and consultations with peers who share similar experiences.
•  Engage in mindfulness practices, stress management workshops, yoga, spa treatments and other wellness activities tailored to the unique needs of BIPOC clinicians.

Our retreat provides a culturally affirming space where you can recharge and find solidarity with like-minded professionals. We want you to be comfortable and casual for most of the retreat.

We will, however, have a lavish afternoon of "High Tea", so bring something chic and elegant to wear (and we might give away something special to the "most elegant OOTD")! 

We do recommend that you remember your bathing suit for the indoor pool, bring warm cozy pajamas (onesies with the feet in them if you have some) for our evening fireside event! Also, remember your workout gear or yoga pants for our group yoga event, dance movement therapy (DMT) training and if you'd like to utilize the gym during your stay. Walking shoes or sneakers are advised for shopping, hiking or other activities.
