Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

 Location: Office (Enola, PA) or Work from Home
Hours: 5–10 hours per week to start (growth potential)


Compensation: Hourly (rate based on experience)

We are seeking a professional, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, marketing, and multitasking in a growing business environment.


 Primary Responsibilities:


 Client Communication & Scheduling

  • Answer and return calls, emails, and texts timely during working hours
     
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
     
  • Ensure a welcoming, professional first point of contact for all inquiries
     

 Intake Support

  • Confirm completion of intake packets, consents, and insurance documents
     
  • Verify intake materials and flag incomplete entries before first session
     
  • Notify billing specialist when clients are cleared for billing
     

Billing Assistance (as directed)

  • Support billing specialist with claim readiness tasks (checking insurance info, identifying gaps in documentation)
     
  • Verify that intake paperwork aligns with payer requirements
     
  • Track and assist with follow-up communication regarding unpaid sessions or invalid info
     

Marketing & Outreach

  • Assist in creating and distributing flyers, social media content, and newsletters
     
  • Maintain mailing/contact lists for referrals and group promotion
     
  • Track and log outreach and promotional activities
     
  • Support events, tabling, and open house prep as needed
     

 Office Support

  • Maintain office organization, including files, supplies, forms, and inventory
     
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Practice Owner
     

 Candidate Qualities:

  • Friendly, professional communication style
     
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
     
  • Responsive and reliable with a strong sense of ownership
     
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
     
  • Comfortable supporting both client care and marketing functions
     
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in healthcare or behavioral health setting
     
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, quick learner
     
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms
     
  • Marketing or communications experience is a plus
     
  • High school diploma or higher
     
  • Must be able to work some days in Enola, PA

About the Role:
Tailored Glory Consulting Group is currently seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAPC) or equivalent pre-licensed clinician who is within the first two years of post-graduate supervised practice. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional who is excited to grow in a private practice setting with structured support and no-cost clinical supervision.

We serve a diverse population across the lifespan and welcome associate-level clinicians who are interested in specializing in areas such as grief, couples counseling, trauma, group therapy, and work with children or teens.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families under supervision
     
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR IntakeQ
     
  • Develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor client progress
     
  • Attend weekly clinical supervision and team consultation
     
  • Collaborate with the practice owner and staff to provide high-quality care
     
  • Comply with all ethical, legal, and licensure board standards
     

Ideal Candidates:

  • Hold or applying for a current LAPC or equivalent pre-licensed designation in Pennsylvania

 Internship Description

We are seeking motivated, teachable master’s-level counseling interns to join our team. This internship provides hands-on clinical exposure in a supportive private-practice environment with individual supervision offered at no cost. You will have opportunities to observe sessions, assist with documentation, and begin providing clinical services as appropriate and approved by your program.


Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly individual supervision with a licensed clinician (LPC)
     
  • Observe and assist in therapy sessions (individual, couples, or group)

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Independent Contractor

We are excited to expand our services at Tailored Glory by welcoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to our practice family. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with the flexibility to set your schedule, enjoy autonomy in your work, and still benefit from the support of a trusted private practice.

At Tailored Glory, we believe in supporting the whole person — clients and providers alike. We’ll handle the behind-the-scenes details (referrals, billing, credentialing, marketing, and office space) so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients find stability, growth, and healing.


What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients for psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups.
     
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications thoughtfully and collaboratively.
     
  • Work alongside our therapists to ensure clients receive seamless care.
     
  • Educate clients and families so they feel empowered in their treatment journey.
     
  • Document your work in our EHR system with the support of our admin and billing team.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed CRNP-PMH in Pennsylvania (active, in good standing).
     
  • DEA license.
     
  • 1+ years of psychiatric experience (outpatient setting preferred).
     
  • Compassionate, professional, and able to work independently.
